Let’s Work Together.

Whether you need deep transformation or a few sessions to find your footing, there's a path here for you.

1:1 Coaching

If you're stuck, burned out, or navigating a transition—this is where most people start. We'll meet regularly to explore what's true, what's possible, and how you move forward.

THE CLEARING

A four-month deep dive for people who know they need more than a few sessions. We'll create sustained transformation through regular coaching, exclusive tools, and personalized support—because real change takes time and investment.

NATURE-BASED COACHING

We take our coaching sessions outdoors. Time in nature restores focus, reduces stress, and opens new perspectives. You'll get both coaching AND the healing power of being outside.

WORKSHOPS & SPEAKING

I don't do keynotes about "crushing it" or "10X-ing your results." I help teams name what's true, navigate what's hard, and find what's possible—grounded in emotional intelligence and real human experience.

FOREST BATHING

A guided nature immersion experience based on Japanese Shinrin-yoku. We'll slow down, engage our senses, and let the forest do what it does best—restore calm, clarity, and connection to yourself.

Not sure which is right for you? Let's talk.

  • Coaching is for someone who is motivated to overcome an obstacle, seize an opportunity, see things in a new way, get unstuck, or live with more intentionality.

You don’t have to be an executive, an athlete, or a high-perform. (Though, of course, those people can benefit from coaching, too).

Coaching is a tool that can be applied in an endless number of ways and contexts.

  • We start by making sure there is a good fit between the coach and the person seeking coaching.

From there, we spend time getting clear on what your desired outcome or growth area is, explore what’s already working, identify possibilities, and then make a plan. Coaching works best over the course of several conversations, always at the pace and spacing desired by the person receiving coaching.

  • While both are valuable, they serve different needs. Therapy, provided by licensed clinicians, often focuses on healing past wounds and treating mental health conditions.

Coaching is a forward-focused partnership designed to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. A therapist might help heal an old injury; as your coach, I'm the trail guide for the path ahead.

Coaching is for those feeling stuck or seeking growth, not as a substitute for mental health treatment. If it seems your needs would be better served by a therapist, I will always tell you with transparency and care. It takes all kinds of helping professionals to invest in our well-being.

Working with a therapist, a coach, a physical trainer, and a nutritionist, therefore, shouldn’t be seen as redundant or unnecessary—rather, it might be seen as a highly intentional support system to help you be and become all you want to be.

  • Labels aren’t always helpful, as they bring along preconceived notions and limit both our experiences and our interactions with each other.

That said, no, I don’t consider myself a life coach. I’m an emotional intelligence coach, an optimism coach, a brain-based coach, a nature-based coach, an adaptive coach. (I’ve been a management, leadership, and executive coach as well, but even those labels feel unhelpful at times).

What does that all mean? It just means I have training (120+ hours) and experience (1000+ sessions) to help you see, think, and act with intentionality and impact.

  • This discount is offered in loving memory of my late wife, Stacey.

I saw firsthand the immense, often invisible work she poured into every aspect of her life—as a mother, a professional, a community volunteer, and a friend. She navigated the countless demands on her time and energy with a grace I'll always admire. In her honor, and in recognition of the vital work all mothers do, I offer a standing 20% discount. This is for any mom navigating the incredible work of raising a family and other work, whether that is happening in a professional context, at home, in the community, or anywhere in between.

(This discount only applies to 1:1 individual coaching services.)
